With a background in nutrition, strength & conditioning, yoga, and holistic health, I created Terra Balance to serve as a space for deep realignment - for women who are tired of surface-level advice and ready to feel empowered in their own skin.
I shifted my focus to women’s health and performance after seeing how often female athletes are misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or told to simply “push through it.” We are cyclical beings living in a linear training world - and it leaves so many women feeling depleted, confused, or disconnected from their bodies.
My work is centred around helping you return to alignment with your physiology - using tools that support your nervous system, balance your hormones, and honour the full spectrum of who you are as an athlete and a woman.
Because your body isn’t a problem to solve - it’s a source of deep wisdom. And when you work with it, not against it, performance flows in a whole new way.
