Apply & book your free consultation

Fill in a short application so I can understand where you are and what you need. Then we jump on a free 30-minute call to see if we're the right fit — no commitment required.

Intake & hormone assessment

Once you enrol, you complete a detailed intake form covering your cycle, training history, nutrition, sleep, stress and health background. This becomes the foundation of everything we build together.

Your personalised plan is built

Based on your intake, I create your personalised cycle-synced training and nutrition plan — tailored to your body, your schedule and your goals. We review this together in your first call.

Bi-weekly calls + ongoing support

Every two weeks we meet on Zoom for a 60–90 minute session. In between, you have WhatsApp access for questions and check-ins. Your plan evolves as you do.

End-of-program review

In our final session we review your full transformation, celebrate your progress, and map out your next chapter — so you leave feeling clear, confident and equipped for the long term.

Hi, I'm Zoe.

I know what it feels like to push through when your body is asking you to stop. At 16, a misdiagnosed injury turned into bone surgery, two years of chronic pain, and the end of my figure skating career. For years after that I struggled with overtraining, underfuelling, and a relationship with my body built on control rather than trust.

The long road back taught me everything I wish I'd known from the beginning. I built Terra Balance because the program I needed as a female athlete simply didn't exist.

Everything I do in the mentorship comes from both science and lived experience — because I know what it actually feels like to rebuild from the inside out. I'm not here to give you a plan and wave you off. I'm here to walk alongside you.

Is the mentorship right for me if I'm not a competitive athlete?
Absolutely. The mentorship is for any active woman who wants to feel better in her body — whether you're training for competition, going to the gym regularly, or just trying to move consistently without burning out.
What's the difference between the mentorship and the course?
The Aligned Athlete Method course gives you the complete framework at your own pace — it's self-directed education. The mentorship takes that same framework and applies it specifically to you, with me alongside you every step. The mentorship also includes full access to the course.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Because real, lasting change in hormonal health, training patterns and nervous system regulation takes time. 3 months is the honest minimum to see meaningful transformation — and we honour that from the very beginning rather than letting it be optional.
What if my cycle is irregular or I'm on hormonal contraception?
This is something we address fully. The framework adapts to where you are — cycle regularity doesn't determine whether this will work for you. Many women see their cycles regulate as a result of the work we do together.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Outside of our bi-weekly calls (60–90 minutes each), the mentorship integrates into your existing life rather than adding a heavy load. We build a plan around what's actually sustainable for your schedule.
Are spots always available?
No — mentorship spots are deliberately limited so every client gets my full attention. If you're interested, book a free consultation call to check current availability. Waitlist options are available when spots are full.
Can I start with a Deep Dive before committing to the mentorship?
Yes — and this is often the best way to begin. Book a single Deep Dive Session (€299), get a feel for working together, and if you decide to continue into the mentorship within 7 days, the full €299 is credited toward your first payment.
