Hi, I'm Zoe.

I know what it feels like to push through when your body is asking you to stop. At 16, a misdiagnosed injury turned into bone surgery, two years of pain, and the end of my figure skating career. For years after that I struggled with overtraining, underfueling, and a relationship with my body built on control rather than trust.

The long road back - through a first class degree in Sport & Event Management, a postgrad in Performance Nutrition, years studying S&C and holistic health, and eventually returning to skating as a completely different athlete, taught me everything I wish I'd known at the beginning.

I built the Aligned Athlete Method because the education I needed didn't exist. Now it does.

Do I need to be a competitive athlete?
Not at all. This program is for any woman who moves her body regularly and wants to feel better doing it - whether you're training for competition or simply trying to feel strong and consistent in your daily life.
What if my cycle is irregular?
The framework still applies. You'll learn to read your body's signals regardless of cycle regularity - and many women find their cycles actually become more regular as they start supporting their hormones properly.
How much time do I need each week?
The modules are designed to fit around your life. Most women spend 2–3 hours per week on the content, though the principles integrate into your daily training and lifestyle from day one.
Is this suitable if I'm on hormonal contraception?
Yes. The nutrition and nervous system modules apply fully, and the training guidance can be adapted. The program includes a section specifically addressing this.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. Once you enrol, the content is yours - including any future updates to the program.
