Do I need to be a competitive athlete?

Not at all. The Aligned Athlete Method is for any woman who trains regularly - whether you play sport, go to the gym, run, do yoga, or anything in between. If you move your body and want to feel better doing it, this programme is for you.

What if I'm on hormonal contraception?

The programme includes a dedicated section on training with hormonal contraception. While the cycle phases work differently, many of the principles around training, fuelling, and recovery still apply - and we cover how to adapt the approach for you.

How much time do I need each week?

The weekly modules take around 1-2 hours to work through. Everything is self-paced, so you can fit it around your schedule. You also have lifetime access, so there's no pressure to rush through.

Is this a meal plan or a training plan?

Neither — and intentionally so. This is a framework, not a rigid plan. You'll learn the principles behind cycle-aware training and nutrition so you can apply them to your own life, sport, and preferences rather than following a one-size-fits-all schedule.

When does the programme start?

Doors open 1st June 2026. Once you enrol, you can start immediately and work through the content at your own pace. There are no live sessions - everything is available on demand.
